Storage
- Unreconstituted XEOMIN is stable for 3 years at temperatures ranging from –20°C to 25°C (–4°F to 77°F)

Indications
- XEOMIN® is indicated for the treatment of adults with cervical dystonia to decrease the severity of abnormal head position and neck pain in both botulinum toxin-naïve and previously treated patients.
- XEOMIN is indicated for the treatment of adults with blepharospasm who were previously treated with onabotulinumtoxinA (Botox®).
Demonstrated efficacy
- Significant efficacy vs placebo in the treatment of blepharospasm and cervical dystonia proven in pivotal clinical trials
- In blepharospasm: In the ITT population, the difference between the XEOMIN group and the placebo group in the change of the Jankovic Rating Scale (JRS) Severity subscore from baseline to Week 6 was –1.0 points (p<0.001)
- In cervical dystonia: In the ITT population, the difference between the XEOMIN 120-unit group and the placebo group in the change of the Toronto Western Spasmodic Torticollis Rating Scale (TWSTRS) Total score from baseline to Week 4 was –7.5 points (p<0.001)
Dosing
- The potency units for Xeomin are specific to the preparation and not interchangeable with other botulinum toxin products
- The recommended initial dose of XEOMIN for the treatment of blepharospasm is the same dose as the patient’s previous dose of Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA)
- The recommended initial dose of XEOMIN for cervical dystonia is 120 units
